Postage and delivery

All orders placed in the UK are delivered using Royal Mail’s First Class Signed for for items under £50 and Special Delivery service for orders above £50.

For international orders, please contact me.

Items will be sent out within 48 hours on receipt of your order. However, if your order is being made to specification, please allow up to four weeks for delivery. If there is going to be a delay with your order, I will notify you immediately.

Refund/Returns Policy

I hope you will be pleased with your purchase. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please return it to me within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund (excluding postage and packaging charges). Commissions where the product is designed to the customers specifications cannot be returned.

Earrings cannot be refunded due to hygiene reasons.

Please notify me by using the contact page, if you wish to return an item.

Refunds are given to items returned in their original packaging and condition, minus postage. The cost of return postage is entirely the responsibility of the customer. When returning items I strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting. I cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Payment

Payment is taken via PayPal – all major credit/debit cards are accepted and you do not need to have a PayPal account.
